Returns & Refund

We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations. Our goal is to address such issues promptly. Below is our return and exchange policy:

1. Return Period

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. Items not in a  re-sellable state will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Returns must be sent via a traceable delivery service (e.g., courier or registered post) at the customer's expense.

2. Faulty Products

• If you receive a defective or non-functional product, contact us immediately for assistance.
• Faulty items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and include all accompanying accessories.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on product availability.
• To request an exchange for a different color, size, or product, complete the required form.
• Upon approval, a replacement will be arranged. A courier will collect the current product and deliver the new one.
• Exchange Delivery Fee: Rs.350 (covers two-way courier charges).

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
• Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges (usually Rs.250) will not be refunded. Even for "free delivery" products, the delivery cost is already included in the price.

Special Cases: In rare instances, we may refund the product cost based on tracking details, even before receiving the returned item.

Delayed Refunds:
If your refund is delayed, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account statement.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. Check with your bank for any delays in processing.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
• Note: We are  not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

• For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Even for products marked "free delivery," the delivery cost is included in the product price.
• Shipping costs are only refunded in cases where martminglestore is at fault (e.g., defective products, packing errors).
